Solo traveler nightmare

The guy at the front desk was the only one there, made me nervous,, but he did try to help at least. The air conditioner didn't work in the first room, but I eventually got moved to another room,, that was just as dirty.

The price was steep for what I got, but I was kinda stuck in a bind.

The setting was particularly good and absolutely perfect, really close to the Brown Co Fairgrounds, New Ulm, and downtown. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The bed was comfortable and the room was incredibly comfortable, fine. The staff members were all super-friendly and nice. The location was favourable and unbeatable there, in the middle of jackson. And it was also very close to downtown and New Ulm and the Brown Co Fairgrounds.

When checking in, confirm the rates directly to avoid confusion, as they can differ from the website.

Don't be surprised if you get stuck making your own bed! The toilet's racket all night? Consider it a live concert with less talent.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise as it's just a short walk to both Washington Park and the German-Bohemian Immigrants Monument. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

The donuts in the lobby were a nice touch, and having K-cup coffee available is always a plus for early risers like me.

The bathroom lighting had multiple bulbs out. The room itself was small and gave off a sense of neglect with stains on both the carpet and sheets. The check-in process was shaky since the credit card machine was inoperable. Cash only made for an inconvenient start.

Fresh fruit offered a nice touch during breakfast, complementing the comfortable bed. The rate negotiation over the phone was confusing, and there were issues with the bathroom fixtures that detracted from the experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated having clean bedding and a comfortable bed, just what I needed for a restful night.

Charming place to unwind after a long day exploring, and the staff are helpful.

The front desk person was super kind, and I really enjoyed the fresh fruit in the lobby, a nice surprise. I loved the cozy fire pit area that was perfect, and the BBQ facilities added a nice touch for some outdoor cooking. Just a heads up, the towels could have been a bit softer, but it didn't take away from my stay 🍉

This venue has a great location within walking distance to the fairgrounds and downtown, as well as being close to the state park, making it convenient for guests. the staff here are all top-notch.
